Doctor of Leadership in Global Perspectives: Crafting Ministry in an Interconnected World

Dawnel’s Cape Town VE

Written by: on December 9, 2014

Romans 12:2 (ESV) says, “do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.” I’ve come to see that sometimes one needs to venture out of their comfort zone into new territories for “mind renewal” to happen.

“Remember Marikana, Remember the Poor”.
“They asked us to remember the poor, the very thing I was eager to do” (Galations 2:10, ESV).

My visit to Cape Town, South Africa in the fall of 2014 has become a significant milestone in my journey of following Christ.

I’ve attached two files.  One is a movie file, and the other is a word document with the full VE write-up.
