As a chapel elective opportunity, an open worship experience will be held every Thursday until the end of the semester, allowing for quiet waiting on God, vocal ministry if moved by the Spirit, and praying for one another upon sharing prayer requests. All are welcome.

Register for the new Spanish class offered for next spring: Spanish for the Professions. This class is offered to those majoring and minoring in business, accounting, law, law enforcement, politics, Christian ministries, education, etc. It will meet Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 1 to 1:50 p.m.
All students will use a common basic text and then break out into their area groups for more specific practice. Incoming students should have completed SPAN202 or the equivalent. Professor David MartÃnez will be teaching this course.

As the benefits plan year comes to an end, here is a schedule of upcoming deadlines:
Medical Spending Account
March 31Â – Last day for active employees to use the funds in the regular plan year.
June 29Â – Last day to submit 2017-18 claim(s) with receipt(s)/substantiation.
Up to $500 will be automatically rolled over into your 2018-19 account as long as you are still actively participating in the plan. You do not need to notify us of the need to carryover any unused funds; it will happen automatically. Any balance over $500 remaining unspent will be forfeited (use-it-or-lose-it rule).
Dependent Care Spending Account
March 31Â – Last day to use the funds in the regular plan year.
June 15Â – Last day to use funds in the 2.5-month grace period.
June 30Â – Last day to submit 2017-18 claim(s) with receipt(s)/substantiation.

The Department of Professional Studies is seeking a student employee to assist the department coordinator. This position is for a graduate student who is interested in working up to 10 hours per week assisting in office-related tasks as well as off-site events and projects.
Assistant duties include helping with the following: (1) Organizing files and storage closet; (2) implementing projects that may include research; (3) delivering and retrieving materials for various projects; (4) making copies; and (5) assisting in additional duties as assigned.

We are still in need of willing volunteers to serve as ushers at spring commencement on Saturday, April 28. Take tickets at the gate, hand out programs, direct graduates’ family and friends to their seats, and help make graduation a special event for all involved.
All George Fox employees who participate as ushers will have the option to receive $50 through payroll, or take three hours off in lieu of payment! Non-George Fox volunteers will receive a gift card in the same amount.
