24-hour all-campus prayer event set this weekend

Monday, February 21st, 2011

Come help lift up the campus and each other in prayer! The goal is to have 24-hour prayer occurring all weekend (5 a.m. Thursday through 11:59 p.m. Sunday), but we need lots of people to make this happen.

To participate, sign up for a 30-minute time slot (longer if you wish) outside the ASC offices in the Bruin Den and then pray for that length of time in the prayer chapel. The setting is laid back, so feel free to come as a group or by yourself, pray audibly or silently, or simply be still in God’s presence. There will be journals available, music access, coffee for the late nights, and a list of prayer topics for those who don’t know what to pray for. Please come!

Questions/comments/concerns? Feel free to e-mail Elizabeth Teach at eteach06@georgefox.edu or visit the Facebook group/event.

God bless!
