On Tuesday, Sept. 27, the Christian Chamber of Commerce of the Northwest’s monthly meeting in Newberg will feature a special candidates forum from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. in the Villa Academic Complex.
Ballots will be mailed to voters next month for a special First Congressional District primary election to fill the vacancy created by the recent resignation of longtime U.S. Rep. David Wu.
