If you plan on getting your flu shot, please make sure to bring your insurance card. The list of acceptable insurance can be found here. Come prepared and fill out the flu shot form ahead of time. Families are welcome, and there are no age restrictions. Note: We are not able to offer COVID shots at this time, as was originally scheduled.
