Those who attend will have the opportunity to listen and learn from our four panelists as they answer a series of questions. Afterwards, attendees will have the chance to ask questions themselves and join the discussion.

There is no cost to attend, and snacks will be provided. Elective chapel credit is offered for this event. This event is sponsored by the Intercultural Life office, Shalom and BSU.

The George Fox University String Ensemble, led by Rebekah Hanson (Music), performed at the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall on Jan. 28 as part of the Oregon Symphony’s Prelude Series. The performance was very well received, and the String Ensemble has been invited to perform again next year.

In addition, their paper, “A rationale for a trauma-informed school approach to maximize academic success with students in foster care,” was published in the Journal of At-Risk Issues. To register, talk to your CAP Coach – or log in to MyGFU, then navigate to the “Student Center,” then “Enroll,” and then follow the process from there.

Questions? Contact the director of the summer online program Brian Doak, at bdoak@georgefox.edu.
