Sign and Submit your April Timesheet to your Supervisor!
Don’t forget to turn in your April timesheets to your supervisor at the end of your last shift of the school year.  Be sure your name is typed or printed legibly at the top, it is complete and accurate, and you have signed it.  Payday is on Monday, May 16.  Thank you!
Paychecks will be mailed to the most recent address that Mail Services has on file. Â If you are working on campus this summer and have an open campus box, your check will go there instead.
If you are working on campus this summer you are required to attend the summer student employee orientation on Monday, May 2, at 9:00 a.m. in EHS 102.

Are you around this summer and want to help new incoming students around Fox? Come help with Genesis! As a Genesis volunteer you receive breakfast, lunch and a free T-shirt, not to mention the opportunity to get to know your future fellow classmates! The Genesis dates are 7:45 a.m.-5:00 p.m. with the exception of the June 16th date, it is only a half day.

Student supervisors: Pay day is Monday, May 16, so please submit your students’ April time sheets to HR right away — by Tuesday, May 3 by 3 p.m. I apologize for the short time frame. The time is needed for the extra processing for the last payroll of the school year. So meeting this deadline is crucial.
If your student has school-year hours that are continuing into the first few days of May, please include these hours on a May School Year time sheet and submit it to HR as soon as they are done for the year.
Please be sure the student’s name, ID number and cost center number is legible on each one. Also, don’t forget to total them, sign them and be sure the students did as well. (Please make sure the student has signed his or her time sheet. If they don’t get it signed, a copy will be mailed for them to sign and return. Do not hold any time sheets just for a student’s signature.) Please do not send students to HR to sign their time sheets.
Federal Work Study regulations require that students delivering their own time sheets must have them placed, by you, in a sealed envelope.
ATTENTION: Summer student employee orientation is Monday, May 2, at 9 a.m. in EHS 102. This is required for ALL summer student employees.

Before it is all over Seniors, come to the Foxhole for pancakes and lattes made by your ASC team. Â Sunday, May 1 after graduation from 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. in the foxhole. All Seniors are welcome to drop in and eat, drink, talk and be with other graduating friends.
A May church leadership conference is available for May term or summer credit (graduate and undergraduate). The Leadership Institute for Group Discernment will be offered at George Fox May 16-19, and George Fox students (undergraduate and seminary) can take it for academic credit (CHMN 485; PSTD 585) with Paul Anderson.

The next all-employee meeting has once again been rescheduled. The meeting, originally rescheduled for May 11, will now take place on Wednesday, May 25, from 4 to 5 p.m. in Hoover 105.

Joel Perez will present the findings of his doctoral dissertation, “Drivers that Motivate Christian Colleges to Seek Change in the Area of Diversity,” on Tuesday, May 3, from 1 to 3:30 p.m. in Stevens 101. All are invited to attend.
