Piano lessons now available

Did you know that the music department offers applied jazz piano lessons on the Newberg campus?  If not, then now you will!

If you have studied piano for at least two to three years, are a competent player, and would like to learn more about jazz improvisation, ENROLL in MUSA 105 JZ.

You can enroll for .5 credit hour (30-minute lesson per week) plus $325 per semester applied lesson fee (this is like paying a private teacher outside the university), or you can enroll for one credit hour – a one-hour lesson per week – plus $650 per semester.

We have an outstanding jazz pianist: Greg Goebel. He just returned from a European tour toured with other jazz artists, including renowned bassist David Friesen and pop vocalist Gino Vannelli, and was a student of Randy Porter.
