Women of all ages needed for student film this Friday

Monday, October 3rd, 2011

We need women of all ages, ethnicities, dress and profession to be a part of a large crowd for our student film Beautiful, sponsored by Newberg’s Youth Outreach and the university’s CMCO department. It’s a short film advocating each woman’s unique God-created beauty that they get to express in their own unique way and not be defined by the media or hide from what God has given them: a natural physical and internal beauty.

We’ll be meeting in the grass field behind the Newlin Apartments at 3:30 p.m. this Friday, Oct. 7.

Please partner with us in this statement about what it means to be a beautiful woman of God. Come dressed in something that is uniquely you. If you participate, you can put your name down for a drawing to win an iTunes gift card!

We hope you have the time to come out and participate in this cause. Feel free to bring something to do while you wait between takes, or just come and make some new friends or hang out with old ones.

Market Research Survey

Wednesday, September 28th, 2011

For our Intro to Marketing class this semester, we have selected a GFU department on campus to analyze its current marketing strategies and brainstorm ways to improve them. We have developed a market research survey to determine the wants/needs of our target market and how the current events and services offered by Career Services are catering to those needs.

We are hoping to receive feedback from an array of undergrad, grad, and ADP students.

If you wouldn’t mind filling out our survey on Survey Monkey, it should only take you about five minutes and will be simple questions about your interactions with Career Services, what services you have used, and what services you’d like to see implemented on campus.

We would really appreciate the feedback and your help on this class project!

Thanks!
