Is there someone at George Fox who has made a difference in your academic career? Someone who ignited a spark to make you want to learn or attend class or who has acted as a role model? Take a moment to write an e-mail, e-card, or traditional “thank you†card to that professor (or other person). Try to be specific as you describe how this person has contributed to your life.
Newberg students can stop by the SUB to pick up a blank card. Of course, one can make or buy one’s own card.

If you qualify for summer storage (meaning you live over 300 miles away) and would like to store your bicycle for the summer, please take the following action by 5 p.m. on May 1:
Place your bicycle in the Coffin basement bike storage area and securely lock it to a bike rack. Attach a yellow storage label to your bicycle and make sure it has your name and contact information on it. Storage labels are available from the student life office or resident assistants.
If you are living on campus for the summer and need to store your bike, you can also place it in Coffin. However, you will need to have a storage label placed on your bicycle for the month of May. If you do not live more than 300 miles away you do not qualify for summer storage and need to take your bicycle home with you.
After May 9 any bike in Coffin without a storage label will be donated to charity.
For more information, please contact Residence Life staff at reslife@georgefox.edu

All are welcome to join in on our our second annual 4-on-4 sand volleyball tournament!
If you weren’t there last year, here’s how it’s going to work: Put a team together and sign up on the intramural board in the Bruin Den (no actual team size limit, but you can only have four people on the court at a time). Then come out at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 21, for some fun behind the Hobson-Macy-Sutton Complex.
If you don’t have a team, don’t worry. Shoot me an e-mail and we’ll hook you up. Hope to see you there!
