The Office of People and Culture is excited to announce recently updated training opportunities for our Search Advocate Program! This program is essential for those who are passionate about promoting equitable hiring practices and mitigating bias in the recruitment process.

Summer Training Sessions:

  • Session 1: July 10 & 11, 9 a.m. to noon
  • Session 2: July 24 & 25, 9 a.m. to noon

Whether you’re new to the program or currently serving as a search advocate, these sessions are designed to enhance your skills and knowledge. Our comprehensive training will empower you to make a positive impact on our hiring processes and contribute to the university’s mission and culture.
