Student employees: Sign up for direct deposit
Do you want your student employment paycheck to automatically be in your bank account on payday? Come by the Office of People and Culture to sign up for direct deposit before you leave for summer break!
Fill out this form by downloading it as a PDF, and you can either bring a voided check or a printed direct deposit form from your bank with your name, account number and routing number. Many banks have these forms available to print through their online banking websites. If you can’t make it into our office, you can sign up using our Paperwork Drop Box.
If you aren’t able to sign up for direct deposit, be sure to fill out the Mail Services Forwarding Form that was sent out via email. This is the only way to ensure your paper check will go to the correct address over the summer.
