Chart of accounts update

Please continue to check the financial affairs webpage for updates regarding the new chart of accounts.

Updated forms for 2014/15:

  • Check request
  • Expense reimbursement
  • Petty cash vouchers and log
  • Deposit transmittals

New resources:

  • Department and program code listing: this has descriptions and translates from the old cost center coding.
  • Coming soon: restricted fund code listing

Training reminder: Chart of accounts training is set for Friday, Aug. 1, from 2 to 4 p.m. in Stevens 109.
