1. Fill out a yellow forwarding address card.
- You will find one in your mail box – during the first week of April.
- Return completed address card to Mail Services via campus mail – ASAP.
2. Keep your mail box key over the summer.
- Keep your mail box key – even if you choose to have your mail forwarded over the summer!
- Be sure you take care of # 1. That’s how we will know what to do with your mail!Â
3. If you withdraw during the summer, return your mail box key to avoid a $15.00 mail box key fine.
