To: Students who are Withdrawing ~ From: University Mail Services

1. Fill out a yellow forwarding address card.
- You will find one in your mail box – during the first week of April.
- Return completed address card to Mail Services via campus mail – ASAP.

2. Return your mail box key if you are withdrawing!
- Return the mail box key during finals week – before you leave.
- Be sure you take care of # 1.  That’s how we know what to do with your mail!  

3. Remember – Return the mail box key – before you leave campus – avoid a $15.00 key charge!

4. If you have questions – stop at University Mail Services!
