Year-end dates to remember from financial affairs office

The end of another academic year is once again just around the corner. As your department makes plans to wrap things up for the year, please take a moment to put the following important dates on your calendar and include them in your year-end planning.

We will be sending out regular reminders as we get closer to these important 2014 financial cut-off dates. Please make sure to submit all needed paperwork to the financial affairs office prior to these dates.

  • May 31 – Last day to submit purchase orders for fiscal year 2014 (FY14) expenses
  • June 16 – Last day to request cash advances for FY14 expenses
  • July 11 – Last day to submit invoices, check requests, expense reimbursements, petty cash, error corrections, and interdepartmental charges for FY14
  • Please make sure to turn in any outstanding deposits before leaving for the summer break.
