Salem site hosts open house Thursday, May 29

The university’s Salem site will host an open house from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, May 29, at its new location in the Capitol City Business Center, 4600 25th Ave. N.E., Suite 150. The center is located in the former State Farm Insurance building in Salem. Refreshments will be served following a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a few words from administrators.

The site offers a Master of Arts in Teaching degree, an MAT Plus ESOL endorsement, and an MAT Plus Reading endorsement. Also offered are EDFL administrative licensure courses, doctorate of education courses, and master of education courses.

In addition, the site features the masters in counseling program, most courses for the masters in marriage and family therapy program, and some courses for the masters in school counseling degree.

Finally, School of Professional Studies programs offered in Salem are bachelor’s degrees in management and organizational leadership and social and behavioral studies.
