FoxTALE workday scheduled May 6 in CAI Lab
The Center for Teaching and Learning is hosting a FoxTALE workday in the Newberg CAI Lab on Tuesday, May 6.
A session from 9 a.m. to noon will focus on using the FoxTALE grade book and quiz features. Participants will learn to set up online quizzes or tests and will discuss the pros and cons of using FoxTALE as one’s course grade book. Attendees also will learn to set up assignments and weighted categories in the grade book. This course assumes that participants have a basic knowledge of FoxTALE.
Any full-time, part-time, or adjunct faculty members are welcome. RSVP to Sheila Abercrombie (IT) by Friday, May 2, to reserve a space in the workshop. Also contact Sheila if you want an introduction to FoxTALE prior to this session.
There will be optional open lab time from 1-4 p.m. in the CAI Lab. All faculty members can come to work on FoxTALE at their own pace and to ask individual questions.
Additional FoxTALE sessions will be offered in August on the Newberg campus and at the Portland Center.
