Mail Services upgrades metering equipment Feb. 9-10

An installation of new updated metering equipment is scheduled for University Mail Services on Thursday and Friday, Feb. 9-10.

Here are the details:

  • There will be no interruption of incoming mail.
  • Expect short delays in computing postage amounts at our customer service window during this process.
  • Cutoff time for outgoing mail on Thursday is noon.
  • Cutoff time for outgoing mail on Friday will be 2:15 p.m. (normal hours)
  • No bulk mailings will be processed on Thursday or Friday. Contact Sherrie at ext. 2556 if you are planning a discounted mailing this week.
