Plan ahead: Event Services closed later this week

Event Services will be closed all day Thursday and most of Friday (Oct. 27-28) while we attend a conference. Please plan ahead on making room reservations, as we won’t be able to process requests during this time.

Room set-ups and table requests for Thursday and Friday should be submitted before 5 p.m. Wednesday.
