Connect with others and learn valuable information about disabilities at upcoming DAS events

Disability and Accessibility Services (DAS) has lots of fun events coming up this month! Everyone is welcome, so come join us for some community, conversation and information.

Upcoming events in October:

  • Rooted Minds is an affinity group for students who have ADHD or who want to learn more about it. Here you can find a community and learn more about ADHD and how it impacts our lives.
    • Friday, Oct. 23, in Hoover 102 at 6 p.m.
  • Mid-Week Movement is a space to get outside, build community, and connect. Join us to chat about disability and enjoy each other’s company.
    • Every Wednesday at 4 p.m. we’ll meet in the DAS office on the main floor of the Murdock Library
  • Rooted and Regulated is a group where students can come learn ways to manage stress and anxiety, and learn tools to cope with feelings of panic.
    • Friday, Oct. 30, in Hoover 102 at 6 p.m.
