Canopy Employee Assistance Program is becoming Revive
Starting tomorrow (Friday), Canopy, our Employee Assistance Program provider, is becoming Revive. This is a name and look change only. Your services, support team, and how you get help will stay exactly the same.
The company name, colors, and logo are changing, along with a new member portal website address: canopy.myrevive.health.
Everything else will remain the same. Same phone number, same services, and the same free, confidential support available 24/7. No action needs to be taken on your part.
