Need physical keys or cardlock access? We have a digital Access Request Form! Here are the details:
- Two access types: Physical keys or cardlock permissions
- Flexible submissions: Submit a request for yourself or on behalf of someone else (e.g., students, visiting faculty, or guests).
- Pro tip: You’ll need the name of the building monitor who oversees that location before submitting, but the form includes a direct link to the list sorted by building name.
- From my.georgefox.edu, select “eForms,” then “Key Request Form.”
