If you are planning to buy, sell, or refinance a home, you can access dedicated guidance and reduced rates through the George Fox University Employee Homeownership Program. By taking advantage of this benefit, you could significantly lower standard closing costs and real estate fees.

  • Program Overview Webinar (noon): Learn about your program eligibility, available discounts, and how to estimate your potential cost savings on a real estate transaction.
  • Individual Consultations (1:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.): Book a one-on-one session with a program advisor to discuss your specific financing or real estate scenario.
