- Secure Document Registration: Allows members to register credit card, bank, and other important document details in a single, centralized and secured online location
- Real-Time Web Monitoring: Employs web-crawling technology to monitor for registered personal data on suspicious sites and sends automatic warning notifications if data is found
- Dedicated Case Management: Victims of fraud are assigned a dedicated expert who guides them through mitigation and notifies card issuers if cards are lost or stolen
On-Call International (Symetra Life insurance perk) offers:
- Three-Bureau Fraud Alert Assistance: Assists members in contacting the three major credit bureaus to place fraud alerts and report lost or stolen cards
