Graduating first-generation senior? Get first-generation regalia and RSVP for April 26 dinner

If you are a first-generation senior graduating this semester, please fill out this form to receive a first-generation stole, cord or pin for spring graduation.

We will also be hosting our third annual first-generation graduation celebration at the IRC (Moore House) on Friday, April 26, at 4 p.m. Please fill out the Google Form to RSVP for the dinner and to get your graduation regalia. We will order regalia based off of the number of responses we receive.

We define a first-generation college student as a student with whom neither parent nor guardian has completed a four-year bachelor’s degree.

This includes you if:

  • Your parents have obtained an associate degree.
  • You have a sibling that has completed a bachelor’s degree.
  • Your parents have a trade school certification (electrical, mechanic, etc.).
  • Your parent or guardian began studying at a university but did not complete their degree.
