Improve your strength and balance with biweekly exercise classes

The Balance And Strength Exercise class (B.A.S.E. CAMP) is back! George Fox’s Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program is offering free biweekly exercise classes beginning Feb. 23 through April 12 on Mondays and Fridays. This is open to individuals of all ages who are interested in improving their strength and balance while having fun with DPT students and faculty!

The class will be held in the Medical Sciences Building from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. There is a screening date on Monday, Feb. 19, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. View the flier here for more details, and please email to sign up. Limited spots are available.
