In celebration of Black History Month (Feb. 1-29), the Intercultural Resource Center has compiled recommendations for engagement, crowdsourced from the George Fox community for the George Fox community. Check them out here.
This resource lists events at George Fox and in Portland, a playlist to listen to, art exhibitions to visit – including one from George Fox’s own Marvin Eans – and more. Be sure to check it out as you engage and celebrate this month.
Note: First on the event list, as a kickoff to Black History Month, is a cookout hosted by Student Activities and the Black Student Union in Klages at 7 p.m. tomorrow night (Friday). Come join us!
