Important mid-term grade information for undergraduate students

Midterm grades provide an accurate picture of your academic progress so far this semester. The last day to withdraw from a class without a graded responsibility for a class you may be struggling in is Sunday, March 19.

This means that if you withdraw from a class, your transcript will show a “W.” If you do not withdraw now and ultimately do not pass a course, your GPA will suffer.

Mid-term grade entry starts Saturday, Feb. 25, and ends after Wednesday, March 1.

If your professor has not yet given you a midterm grade, please contact them right away to find out where you stand in that course. Information regarding withdrawing from a class can be found here.

If you received a D or an F on your midterms, you should contact your CAP coach as soon as possible to discuss the consequences of withdrawing from a class. If you withdraw from a class, you should also contact your CAP coach to discuss your class schedule for future semesters. Follow this link to contact CAP coaches.
