Interested in helping others? Take part in Sources of Strength training this Saturday

Interested in helping and encouraging others? Sources of Strength might just be for you. It is a fun, powerful, strength-based suicide prevention program that aims to help people find strength through community, healthy activities, relationships and more.

We invite you to participate in a six-hour, interactive Sources of Strength training with us this Saturday, Oct. 1, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Roberts 170. We will have tons of discussions, games, brainstorming, and activities (and lunch will be provided)! You can RSVP here.
