Sign up to tour Portland Art Museum this Saturday

The Cultural Ambassadors are hosting Portland tours aimed at connecting George Fox students with organizations/businesses that currently use their platforms to center BIPOC communities and their diverse stories.

Our next trip – to the Portland Art Museum this Saturday, March 5 – will seek to discuss questions such as: “How do we support BIPOC artists and their artistic practice?,” “What does it mean to be an activist as an artist?” and “Who are some local Portland artists that I should know about/how can I support them?”

We will meet that morning at the Intercultural Resource Center at 10 a.m. Join us as we discuss these questions, learn more about art as activism, and talk about the amazing legacy that artists of color are creating all around us.
