Attend Monday’s debate: ‘Was the American War for Independence a Biblical and Just War?’
The university community is invited to a special debate centering on the question, “Was the American War for Independence a Biblical and Just War?,†on Monday, Sept. 13, at 6:30 p.m. in Hoover 105.
George Fox’s Mark David Hall will debate the topic with U.S. Air Force Academy’s John D. Roche. The event is cosponsored by the John Dickinson Forum and the Civility Project.
The general public is invited to attend in person, and it will also be streamed here. The debate is possible thanks to the Jack Miller Center through a grant from M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust.
