Wellness Wednesdays: Take five-minute breaks

We hope you are doing well and remembering to take good care of yourself. There are still free water bottles available at HR, so please stop by anytime between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

This week we are encouraging you to take mini breaks to help you decompress and recharge your energy. A quiet moment can go a long way in a busy or stressful day. Find out about different and surprising ways to relax in a short time.
