Steps for Success: The Benefits of Walking Together

We hope you have enjoyed walking more this month and are noticing the difference it makes in your daily life. Keep it up, you are doing great! Please continue your steps to meet your personal goal.

This week, we encourage you to walk with your family, friends or coworkers. There are many benefits to walking with someone. Here are some good resources on how to start or join a walking group if you are interested.
