Join today’s Steps for Success mini walk

Happy second week of Steps for Success! Don’t forget to keep track of your steps this week; you are doing amazing!

This week, Wellness Wednesday is focused on the mental health benefits of walking. Here is an additional resource for self-reflection during your walks or in your personal journal.

Today is the second day of the Steps for Success mini event. You can sign up here if there are still open spots. The event is at noon, and we will be meeting in front of the HR office. We will have goodie bags available, and we’ll do a short walk together as a group.
