CSIS students: Don’t forget to sign up for Code Jam

What is a Code Jam? George Fox’s first Code Jam is a weekend-long, fully virtual event where CSIS students will work collaboratively on a team to build a tech-related project in 30 hours. It begins Friday, March 19, and ends Sunday, March 21.

Participants will sign up individually and can form teams of two to four George Fox students. Every team will also be paired with a George Fox alumnus to serve as their mentor and advisor throughout the weekend.

If you and a few friends want to be on the same team, that’s great! You’ll be able to note who you want to team up on the registration form below. If you’re signing up individually, the Code Jam staff will place you on an awesome team!

This Code Jam is designed for students to turn technology ideas into real-life, practical projects while working in a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. This is the place to showcase your creativity and innovation, as well as create something super cool outside of the classroom!

If this sounds exciting to be a part of, fill out this registration form by today (Thursday). Questions? Contact Lisette Rodriguez (lrodriguez18@georgefox.edu).
