New counseling service available through the IDEA Center

Introducing Megan Anna Neff, a psychology intern at George Fox who is now working with the IDEA Center to provide students with extra support and skills to help with managing stress, depression, aloneness, or anxiety.

Megan writes: “I have a master’s degree in clinical psychology, and am in my final year of doctoral training. I also have a master of divinity. If you’d like to incorporate spiritual issues or concerns into your therapy, we can certainly do that. I’m available to help you explore questions like these:

  • What do I do with the anxiety and worry?
  • How do I cope with the stress of transitions and life?
  • How do I cope with COVID stress?
  • I want to explore my purpose and calling.
  • How do I navigate relationship concerns?
  • How do I work through grief and trauma?
  • What do I do with racial trauma?
  • I want to learn more about who I am.”

To make an appointment with Megan Anna, schedule it through Handshake and search for her name, or select “Mental Health Counseling.” All appointments are virtual and confidential.
