Wellness Wednesday: Important Reminder

Thank you for all your efforts and dedication to keep our community safe. Your awareness, personal choices and day-to-day care have already shown great results.

This message is to remind you about the importance of reporting concerns and symptoms to ensure we stay safe and well.  Please complete this form in the following circumstances:

  • Any employee or student who has tested positive for COVID-19 (notify immediately)
  • Any employee or student who is symptomatic
  • Concerns about another student, employee, or group of students who are not being compliant with university guidelines

It is very important to complete this form as soon as possible to ensure we take action promptly and keep our community healthy. Please assist your students and/or complete the form on their behalf when necessary.
