Gather for PT doctor’s lecture on prosthetic device development

The School of Physical Therapy is excited to host Dr. Jason Wilken to lecture on the topic “Stairs as a Model for Understanding Prosthetic Device Development” on Tuesday, March 19, in Canyon Commons 101 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

This presentation will expand the clinician’s understanding and appreciation of the biomechanics, technology and patient factors that drive state-of-the-art prosthesis and development. Please join us for a high-level and engaging talk with Dr. Wilken. Light refreshments will be served.

Wilken is an associate professor and director of collaborative research and development in the Department of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Iowa.
