Plan to attend tomorrow night’s Bösendorfer piano concert

The works of Beethoven and Chopin will be performed on the George Fox stage when Bösendorfer Educational Artist Kenn Willson presents his “Encounters with Beethoven and Chopin” concert at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow (Thursday) in Bauman Auditorium.

Students and employees are entitled to one complimentary ticket. Additional tickets may be purchased for $12 (general admission), $8 (seniors and alumni) and $6 (students and children under 12). They may be purchased online at this link or by calling the school’s box office at 503-554-3844.

Willson will perform Beethoven’s Ecossaises Dances, German Dance #1, Sonata Op. 31 #3Movement 2 (Scherzo), Sonata Op. 27 #2 (“Moonlight”) and Ode to Joy. His Chopin repertoire includes Prelude Op. 28 #4, Prelude Op. 28 #6, and Ballade, Op. 47.
