Athletes: Please fill out concussion and mental health survey
We are conducting a survey for our senior seminar project, and we need help from George Fox athletes!
Our study is designed to identify correlations between pre-existing mental health illness or risk for illness with post-concussive data. Even if you have not experienced a concussion, please take the time to fill out our quick five-minute survey!
