This week’s George Fox Wellness Weekly Challenge
Pick one of the following “spread kindness†initiatives:
- Eat lunch with someone from another department that you don’t know well
- Help someone in need
- Give an unexpected gift to someone
- Find a way to help a student (can be anonymously)
- Show your appreciation to another department
- Write a note of appreciation to a city official, military personal, or first responder
- Make a small care package for someone who works outside, or someone who is homeless
- Do something that shows your appreciation to a spouse or family member
- Send a secret package to someone who’s having a hard time
- Write down what you are thankful for, every day, for a week
- Pray for someone that you are having a hard time with
