Ten-minute play auditions are tonight!

Ten! Ten! Ten! auditions are tonight (Tuesday) from 8 to 9:30 p.m. in Wood-Mar Auditorium. Callbacks will take place tomorrow (Wednesday) from 7 to 10 p.m.

If you are not a theatre major/minor, please sign up for an audition slot on the Lemmons’ hall audition board or simply show up at Wood-Mar Auditorium between 8 and 9:30 p.m. We will hand you a short monologue to read for our directors.

Theatre majors/minors need to prepare a fully rehearsed and memorized 90-second contemporary monologue for the general audition.

Ten! Ten! Ten! is our annual 10-minute play festival featuring the work of our THEA 370: Directing class. This year we have six plays with approximately 13 parts (five male, eight female). Your time commitment will vary depending on the length of the play, but you can count on 20 to 30 total hours over a four-week period.

The one and only performance of the play will take place on Thursday, Dec. 7, at 10:10 p.m.
