Come hear Maco Hamilton speak tonight at Bruins LEAD event

Join Bruins LEAD tonight (Thursday) to hear Maco Hamilton, our men’s basketball coach, speak on “How to Conduct Yourself With Class and Servant Leadership.”

You don’t have to be an athlete or coach to be part of Bruins LEAD. It is simply an opportunity to develop your leadership skills. We will take basic leadership concepts and spend one hour diving into details of how to develop responsible and respected leaders.

Each week, you will get to hear from one of our coaches on the following topics:

Sept. 29 – Maco Hamilton on “How to Conduct Yourself With Class and Servant Leadership”
Oct. 13 – Mike Meek on “How to Inspire Your Team and How to Build Winning Team Chemistry”
Oct. 20 – Branden Thompson on “How to Get Your Teammates Back on Track”
Oct. 27 – Jessica Hollen on “How to Manage Team Conflict”

All sessions take place from 8:40 p.m. to 9:40 p.m. in Lemmons 8.

While some of the content may be specific to athletics and teams, we feel strongly that every person will end up working in a team at some point in their lives, and this information can be relevant for everyone on campus.

If you were unable to attend the first two sessions, that’s OK! Join us for week three. Probably most important … there will be snacks!
