Do you want to grow and develop as a leader? Is growing your leadership presence part of your performance goals or faculty growth plan for 2016-17? If you answered yes to either of these questions, then you may want to consider applying for the Leadership Development Initiative (LDI). The program welcomes both women and men who are current George Fox employees who desire to grow in their current role or seek to prepare themselves for future leadership roles.
