Need help with MLA style? Come to Wednesday workshop

Need help learning MLA style for citations? Join us for a workshop, “Using MLA Format Effectively,” this Wednesday, Feb. 10, from 3:30 to 4:15 p.m. (note time change) in Hoover 105.

In this session, Kathy Heininge, associate professor of English, will cover the Modern Language Association citation and reference formatting, along with several guidelines for writing in MLA style. MLA is commonly used in humanities courses such as English, literature and modern languages.

The workshop is sponsored by the Academic Resource Center.
