With the release of Son of God (2014), Noah (2014) and the more recent Exodus: Gods and Kings (2014), the biblical story continues to be a source of ethical intrigue, repulsion and conviction. How are we to navigate?

Explore biblical topics in the context of recent film releases in BIBL 285/485 The Bible and Cinema during May Term 2015. This course aims to chart a way through this sea of concerns and find a destination of honest dialogue, delicious snacks, and a field trip to the movies!
