Path to Scholarship

This is a scholarship writing workshop that will take place Saturday, Oct. 5, in the Cap and Gown Room from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Gerardo Ochoa, the co-author of Path to Scholarships® College Edition will be leading the workshop, in which you will get the chance to:

  • Complete a rough draft of a winning scholarship essay
  • Learn how to compile the necessary components of a scholarship application
  • Learn how to get quality letters of recommendation
  • Learn about scholarship opportunities available to students

Don’t miss this phenomenal opportunity where you can learn about how you can get money for college! Just think, this could mean MONEY FOR JUNIORS ABROAD, BOOKS and EVEN A NEW LAPTOP!

To sign up, you must do TWO things:

  1. Fill out the registration online! (link below)
  2. Pay ONLY $10 cash to the SpIL office (located on the corner of Meridian and Sheridan streets). Regular price for the materials, guest speaker, supplies is more than $75 which is paid for by GFU, so this is a FANTASTIC deal!
