Anderson speaks at ‘Intellectual Feast’ Tuesday afternoon

The Department of Religious Studies will host its first “Intellectual Feast” of the fall semester on Tuesday, Sept. 27, from 4 to 5 p.m. in the Hoover second-floor lounge (Hoover 250).

Paul Anderson will describe how he is approaching two of his classes this semester as “meetings for worship in which learning is welcomed.” The discussion will explore how Parker Palmer’s work, To Know as We are Known: A Spirituality of Education, might help students and instructors alike become “humble learners in the school of Christ,” according to Anderson.

Refreshments provided; all are welcome! Questions? Contact Paula Hampton at phampton@georgefox.edu.
