Executive business seminar brings experts to campus March 15
Are you interested in learning more about any of the following?
- What are the characteristics that employers value in new employees?
- How do you get started with a nonprofit organization?
- What’s involved in getting promoted and establishing a successful career?
- How do new grads best present themselves for a potential job?
- What is it like being a female in the workplace?
If so, you are invited to an executive business seminar from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 15, in Hoover 105. A group of experts will speak, including Jack Cuniff (CFO of Les Schwab), Bill Essig (vice president of Medical Teams International) and Barbara Palmer (senior VP of US Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management).
The evening will include short presentations by each speaker (20 minutes each), a panel Q&A session (approximately 25 minutes) and a social session following the seminar with refreshments for all attendees.
All are welcome free of charge, and dress is casual. The event is being presented by Sunrise Consulting and Event Planning (the senior business capstone team of April Barkley, Jacob Cuniff, Jaime Wiebelhaus, Jenny Barram, Cliff Rhoten and Derek Aldrich).
